The cost of a pen and ink home portrait varies according to the size of the drawing and complexity of detail. A firm price is given following actual viewing of the home. The general price range is:

8x10     $125-$150 plus $35 for water color wash
11x14   $200-$300 plus $50 - $75 for waterclolor wash

Mansions or very large houses would be drawn on larger paper and incur an additional cost.
